"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it, especially for travelers looking for convenience and great service. The location is excellent—right next to the Fira central bus station, which makes it the perfect hub for exploring all parts of Santorini. Just a short walk away, there’s a lively street full of food stalls and local snacks.
Although the hotel does not have a 24-hour reception, they are very accommodating. I informed them in advance about my late-night arrival due to a delayed flight, and a staff member kindly stayed up to wait for me until 1:00 AM. The hotel provides a secure main entrance with a passcode lock, so even if you return late at night when the reception is closed, you can still enter easily and safely.
Upon check-in, I received a detailed welcome card that explained everything I needed to know about the stay, including the Wi-Fi password, breakfast hours, and checkout instructions. The self-serve breakfast was simple but just right for me—served in a clean and comfortable dining area.
What really stood out was the staff. No matter who was on duty, they were always warm, welcoming, and ready to help. Their kindness made the stay even more pleasant.
Overall, considering the comfort, location, and service, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely stay here again."

Amenities are free and come with delicious wine and fruit. In addition, a hair dryer and shampoo are also provided, so there is no problem for staying.

"Hill Suites was better than we could’ve imagined. While the rooms were beautiful and clean, and location was perfect, the real star of the show was Marco (like many of the reviews before have said). Marco made us feel like old friends from the second we arrived. He is the most devoted host you will ever meet and has a great recommendation for anything you may need while in Santorini. Our stay was so wonderful that we intend on coming back every year to stay at Hill Suites. Thank you Marco for a wonderful stay and please keep in touch 😊"

"AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot."

Angeliki welcomed us upon our arrival, super helpful and always available at any time of the day.
The cleaning lady was also fantastic, never intrusive.
Excellent breakfast, plentiful and with different options every day.
The room was really spacious, with an outdoor heated hot tub.
We will definitely come back, highly recommended."

"Location was perfect if you don't mind not having ”THE BEST” view. It's a quick walk to the main streets of Fira, though uphill (a good workout to be honest), and less than a 10 min drive to and from the Santorini airport. Facilities were great, we were very comfortable. We had a balcony which was nice so we could enjoy the ocean breeze. Also, since it wasn't in the heart of the Fira streets, it was quiet so we could rest well. Recommend this place! This isn't like a resort though, it's more of a lovely place to stay if you'll be out most of the days in your stay."

"The suote was beautiful with a nice indoor heated pool. It was very comfortable staying in this place and the location is near city central whereby you can find good restaurants around. "Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier."

AAha Alison!We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

GGirl from TokyoI was worried because I hadn't told my arrival time in advance, but staff was nearby and guided me smoothly. We even got Santorini wine, which usually costs a lot of money, for free just because it was Christmas! The female staff were very friendly and kind, and the male staff were also very kind, delivering breakfast and other things even in the rain!

GGuest UserThis property was absolutely stunning. It was situated on the sunset street, which gets crowded each evening but the property affords you a stunning rooftop view away from the crowds. Inside was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The swimming pool / spa downstairs was just delightful but don’t expect privacy—the window opens to the street where passersby look in.
When the crowds disappear at night and in the morning the location is peaceful and the views are unabated.
We were assisted by friendly staff who met us at the vehicle to take us to the property. They were a little slow at times to respond to WhatsApp but overall the communication and assistance were very good.

My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

XXiaoyaoxiaotutuThis hotel is the one I carefully selected for the best view of the cliff houses opposite. It is only slightly inferior to the Oia Castle of 5,800, and has a better view than other hotels below 5,000. The advantage is that you can get off the car and there is no need to walk. Although it is close to the roadside, it is very quiet in the city with stairs down. I stayed for three nights and had different room types. Except for the cave house, which is a 10-minute walk from the hotel but has a hotel car to take it there for free, the house there is bigger than the hotel here, and there is also an outdoor bathtub. The view is another feeling, but there is a blue-roofed church with flowers in front of the door, and people taking photos are constantly noisy. The other room types are all here in the hotel, and it is very beautiful to take pictures. Let me show you the pictures. The first 4 pictures are the scenery at the door of the cave room. The rest are the scenery seen in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is not easy to find, the navigation is wrong, and it is all stone steps, carrying luggage is very tragic, you must contact the hotel in advance, and let them lead the way.
In fact, this homestay is not a hotel. It is quite different from the picture. It does not have the feeling of taking a hot bath on the beach. The balcony is very small and it is connected to another room. The bathtub is next to the road and completely unobstructed. People often walk by. The privacy is poor. I don’t like it here. I feel that the hotel we stayed in imerovigli is much better. It’s quieter and all have independent balconies. The privacy is better and the sea view is more beautiful. Cheap and cost-effective.
In addition, the owner of the hotel is actually very enthusiastic, thank you.

The staff were all very kind and friendly, and I had a comfortable stay throughout my stay.
The location is in the center of Fira, so it's nice to be able to go out safely even at night.
You can store your luggage after check-in and check-out, and although check-in time is from 3pm, I was able to check in quite early because my room was ready (;;)
The room was also clean, and the amenities were plentiful. They took care of every little detail, so I was very satisfied!
I'd definitely like to use this accommodation again the next time I visit Santorini!

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place
